BOADS are always looking for new members be it for on stage, backstage, directing or sweeping up and making the tea.

We endeavour to produce at least three shows a year, but the more members we have, the more shows we can stage. All ages are welcome from 6 to 106 – our oldest member is currently 81 and recently appeared as 'the dirty old man' in Sweet Charity.

Our pantomime staged in the February half term is a great starting point for first-timers and we guarantee your singing, dancing and acting will improve (but you don’t get your money back).

If acting / singing isn’t your cup of tea then there’s plenty of opportunity to help backstage with directing, props, lighting, scenery design, costume design, prompting (because we’re not all perfect)… in fact, we are sure that there is something for everyone.

Whatever you’re involved in, we’re sure that you’ll have the time of your life.
